Welcome to Atelier1807. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
  • Certain services, such as frontal and wig installations, require a non-refundable deposit. Please ensure that deposits are made at least 4 days before your scheduled appointment.
  • Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise specified in your appointment details.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late arrivals exceeding 18 minutes may require rescheduling, and you may be subject to an additional fee.
  • Please note, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Service Policies

  • All services are final; once a service is completed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Hair extensions and other materials are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • VIP services are available for clients seeking a more private, premium experience.
  • We are committed to delivering the highest-quality work, but we are not liable for any issues resulting from improper aftercare.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service.
  • We accept the following payment methods: WealthSimple, PayPal, Shopify Payments.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • Atelier1807 is not responsible for any allergic reactions or scalp sensitivities. Please inform us of any such concerns prior to your appointment.
  • While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot be held liable for issues resulting from improper aftercare or maintenance.

Traveling Policy

  • Mobile appointments are available for an additional feedepending on location.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all traveling appointments.
  • Travel services must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability.
  • Clients must provide a clean, well-lit workspace with access to an electrical outlet.
  • All parking fees and toll charges are the responsibility of the client.
  • For locations more than 20 km from our base, an additional fee will apply.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled traveling appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Wedding & Special Events Policy

Booking & Deposits

  • All wedding and special event bookings require a 80% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
  • Deposits must be paid at least 18  days in advance to confirm your appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.

Travel & On-Site Services

  • On-site services incur an additional travel fee, depending on your location.
  • Clients must provide a clean, well-lit space with access to an electrical outlet.
  • Any parking or travel fees are the responsibility of the client.

Bridal Trials & Consultations

  • Bridal hair and makeup trials are available and must be booked at least 2 weeks before the event.

Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (e.g., bridesmaids, family) must be arranged in advance to ensure availability.
  • A minimum of 3 people is required for group bookings to be eligible for scheduling.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations 9-14 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee (deposit is forfeited, and remaining balance will be charged).
  • Date changes are subject to availability and will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
  • We value the relationship with our clients and aim to ensure a smooth process, even in case of cancellations. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss options and make adjustments where possible.
