No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
• To maintain product integrity, hair extensions cannot be returned or resold once they leave our facility.

Quality Assurance – Photos & Videos

• Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect all hair extensions for quality.
• We send photos and videos of your order to ensure accuracy in length, texture, and color.
• If you have any concerns, please review the provided images carefully before shipment.

Order Issues or Defects

• If you receive the wrong item or there is a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
• We will assess the concern and work towards a resolution.
